KeVita’s previous packaging was not resonating with consumers, and the design system was outdated and overly rigid. As part of a hail mary to reverse declining sales, I led the internal team to refresh the brand’s look, tone and feel. The goal: to create a brand that’s modern, approachable and credible while standing out in a crowded category — and to pass rigorous consumer testing with flying colors.

After a lot of hard work on a shoestring budget, we launched KeVita’s new brand identity, which included a logo update, updated design system, revamped brand language, a full library of illustrations, icons and photography—which we rolled out not only on the packaging but 360 in comms, digital and IRL brand experiences.
